Gespecialiseerde verpleegkundigen Obwalden Algemeen Voor een modern en veelzijdig ziekenhuis in Centraal-Zwitserland zijn wij op zoek naar een enthousiaste anesthesieverpleegkundige ter versterking van het anesthesieteam. Je komt terecht in een professionele werkomgeving waar kwaliteit van zorg, patiëntveiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Dankzij het brede medische aanbod krijg je de kans om je expertise dagelijks in te zetten binnen uiteenlopende situaties en behandelingen. Deze functie biedt veel afwisseling, verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte voor persoonlijke groei. Werkzaamheden Als anesthesieverpleegkundige ben je verantwoordelijk voor het zelfstandig uitvoeren van algemene anesthesieën in opdracht van een anesthesioloog. Je bewaakt de toestand van patiënten tijdens operatieve ingrepen en zorgt ervoor dat alle anesthesiologische processen veilig en zorgvuldig verlopen. Daarnaast voer je levensreddende interventies uit volgens de geldende richtlijnen en draag je bij aan een optimale patiëntenzorg in acute situaties. Je zorgt voor een vlot verloop van de werkzaamheden in de toegewezen operatiekamer, bereidt patiënten voor op hun ingreep en ondersteunt waar nodig binnen de spoedzorg en traumazorg bij complexe noodsituaties. Ook denk je actief mee over efficiënte werkprocessen en een verantwoord gebruik van middelen. Profiel Je beschikt over een afgeronde opleiding tot verpleegkundige aangevuld met het Zwitserse NDS tot Experte/Expertin Anästhesiepflege NDS HF of een gelijkwaardige gespecialiseerde opleiding binnen de anesthesiezorg. Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en weet ook onder druk de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Daarnaast beschik je over sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden, waardoor je effectief samenwerkt met patiënten, artsen en collega's.
