Wat ga je doen? - Hoogcomplexe en diverse zorg: In Nieuwegein werk je aan hoogcomplexe zorg: vaat-, long- en lever-/pancreaschirurgie. In Utrecht richt je je op laag- tot middelcomplexe zorg: obstetrie, orthopedie, trauma, oncologie en kindergeneeskunde. - Afwisselende werkdag: Geen dag is hetzelfde dankzij de diversiteit aan OK-programma's. Dit houdt ons scherp en maakt het werk dynamisch. - Ontwikkeling & specialisatie: De grote diversiteit binnen onze maatschap biedt ruimte om je te verdiepen: vakinhoudelijk in jouw aandachtsgebieden, maar ook in onze goedlopende R&D-afdeling. - Opleiden en begeleiden: Je speelt een actieve rol in de opleiding van ANIOS en AIOS. Je komt te werken in een groot STZ-ziekenhuis met een sterk opleidingsklimaat. Wij zijn het enige niet-academische ziekenhuis in Nederland dat de volledige opleiding tot anesthesioloog verzorgt. Begeleiding en ontwikkeling zijn daarom vanzelfsprekend onderdeel van onze cultuur.
