Waar we hart hebben voor de patiënten, maar zoals het een Rotterdams ziekenhuis betaamt ook de handen uit de mouwen steken. Wil je werken binnen een vakgroep met de ambitie en het lef om voorop te lopen wat betreft duurzame inzetbaarheid, werken op meerdere locaties (waaronder ZBC's) en het bieden van passende zorg? Dan zoeken we jou! Een vakgroep waaraan je kunt meebouwen Je komt terecht in een fijne en diverse vakgroep van momenteel 12 anesthesiologen, waarvan 3 anesthesioloog-pijnspecialisten. We vinden werkplezier en een goede werk-privé balans belangrijk. Daarom is duurzame inzetbaarheid een belangrijk thema binnen de vakgroep en breiden we de komende jaren verder uit. Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om het vak breed uit te oefenen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Als anesthesioloog en als pijnspecialist, maar we nodigen je ook uit om actief bij te dragen aan opleiding, organisatie en bestuur, binnen of buiten het ziekenhuis. Als anesthesioloog werk je in het Ikazia, en soms in een van de 3 ZBC's waar we mee samenwerken. Het zorgaanbod is breed en afwisselend. De casemix bestaat uit regionale basiszorg en complexe darmchirurgie, vaatchirurgie, traumatologie, algemene heelkunde, gynaecologie en obstetrie, urologie, orthopedie, KNO, kaakchirurgie, oogheelkunde en chirurgie bij kinderen vanaf één jaar. Wij dragen zorg voor de invulling van het perifere jaar van arts-assistenten in opleiding tot anesthesioloog en werken zodoende nauw samen met zowel het Maasstad ziekenhuis als het Erasmus Medisch Centrum. Als pijnspecialist werk je afwisselend op de polikliniek Ikazia, de buitenpoli Ridderkerk of de polikliniek van het Van Weel Bethesda. We werken in beide ziekenhuizen...
