Unser Kunde ist als Systemintegrator und Projektentwickler tätig und zählt zu den führenden europäischen Anbietern. Das Portfolio umfasst nahtlos integrierte Sicherheits-, Kommunikations-, Parking- sowie Medientechnik.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Kalkulation von Sicherheits- und AV-Medientechnik Anlagen

* Selbständige Bearbeitung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, Ausschreibungsunterlagen und Teilnahmeanträgen

* Erstellung von Alternativ- und Pauschalangeboten sowie Ausarbeitung von funktionalen Angebotsunterlagen

* Teilnahme an Vergabegesprächen bzw. Preisverhandlungen sowie vor Ort Besichtigungen

* Ermittlung von Optimierungspotenzialen und Konzeption wirtschaftlicher Lösungen

* Pflege der Stammdaten sowie die Anpassung und Optimierung der Leistungsansätze

* Administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

Unsere Anforderungen

* Eine abgeschlossene Elektrotechnische Ausbildung (mit Leidenschaft zur Technik)

* Interesse in Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeverfahren sowie eine starke Kundenorientierung

* Fundierter Umgang mit MS Office, vorrangig Excel

* Erfahrung mit Kalkulationssoftware (Nevaris-Success X) von Vorteil

* Kommunikationsgeschick, Empathie, Engagement und Freude an Teamarbeit

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
