Infor Jeunes Mons recherche un·e animateur·rice – informateur·rice jeunesse pour assurer et développer sa communication digitale et renforcer son réseau de points d’information jeunesse décentralisés. Le poste combine deux missions : faire vivre l’information jeunesse sur les réseaux sociaux et la rendre accessible au plus près des jeunes, dans leurs lieux de vie.

Missions

Assurer et développer la communication digitale

Tu contribues activement à renforcer la présence d’Infor Jeunes Mons sur les réseaux sociaux, en particulier sur Instagram et TikTok.

  • Proposer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de contenu adaptée aux jeunes de 12 à 26 ans.
  • Imaginer, tourner et monter des vidéos courtes, dynamiques et accessibles.
  • Réaliser des interviews et des micro-trottoirs avec des jeunes.
  • Créer des formats qui valorisent leurs questions, leurs préoccupations et leurs expériences.
  • Rédiger et publier des contenus sur les différents réseaux sociaux.
  • Construire et suivre un calendrier éditorial.
  • Analyser les résultats des publications et adapter les contenus en conséquence.
  • Contribuer à l’actualisation du site Internet et à la création de supports informatifs.
  • Couvrir certains projets, animations et événements organisés par l’association.

Développer nos points d’information jeunesse décentralisés

Tu seras chargé de développer et de coordonner nos structures décentralisées afin de rendre l’information plus accessible sur l’ensemble de notre territoire d’action.

  • Identifier de nouvelles structures susceptibles de devenir partenaires.
  • Prendre spontanément contact avec elles et présenter les services d’Infor Jeunes Mons.
  • Organiser et participer à des rencontres de prospection.
  • Mettre en place de nouveaux partenariats.
  • Assurer le suivi administratif, pédagogique et logistique des points existants.
  • Entretenir une relation régulière avec les partenaires.
  • Proposer des animations et actions adaptées aux publics fréquentant ces structures.

Dans le cadre de ta fonction d’animateur·rice – informateur·rice jeunesse¿:

  • Accueillir, écouter et informer les jeunes dans le respect de la charte de l’information jeunesse.
  • Assurer des permanences au centre et dans certaines structures partenaires.
  • Concevoir et animer des activités destinées aux jeunes de 12 à 26 ans.
  • Participer à des projets socio-culturels, pédagogiques et informatifs.
  • Prendre part aux réunions d’équipe et aux rencontres avec les partenaires locaux.
  • Contribuer à l’évaluation des actions menées.
