Je vindt het leuk om je bezig te houden met animatie en marketing en neemt hierin graag verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt nauwkeurig en weet planningen goed te bewaken. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat onze gasten kunnen genieten van een leuk en gevarieerd animatieprogramma en dat het hen tijdens hun vakantie aan niets ontbreekt. Wat ga je doen? - Opzetten animatie programma's gericht op de Paardekreek en Saartje & Kris, in zowel Duitse als Nederlandse taal; - Opzetten en begeleiden zwembad activiteiten; - Het organiseren en begeleiden van diverse activiteiten, zoals bingo, Hitster, een braderie en andere gerelateerde activiteiten op de Paardekreek en bij Hotel De Zilte Zeeuw; - Halloween-, Sinterklaas- en kerstanimatie opzetten en uitvoeren; - Bij uitval of ziekte meedraaien als animatiemedewerker; - De marketing en socialmediakanalen onderhouden en verder ontwikkelen, zowel voor de Paardekreek als voor Hotel De Zilte Zeeuw; - Nieuwe merchandise bedenken en aandragen; - Begeleider en eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor het animatieteam. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de huisvesting van het team, het naleven van de parkregels en spreekt medewerkers en gasten hier actief op aan. Wat verwachten wij van jou: - Je denkt actief mee over het professionaliseren en verbeteren van de animatie en de organisatie rondom alle animatiegerelateerde werkzaamheden; - Je hebt oog voor uitstraling en beleving en denkt mee over de herkenbaarheid van Kris en Saartje en De Paardekreek; - Je denkt creatief mee over thematisering en de beleving van het gehele park; - Je spreekt en schrijft...
