The posting

Als animator zorg je voor een warme en stimulerende leefomgeving voor onze residenten in het woonzorgcentrum. Je organiseert en begeleidt activiteiten die bijdragen aan hun welzijn en levenskwaliteit, afgestemd op hun interesses en mogelijkheden.

Met jouw creatieve en mensgerichte aanpak creëer je momenten van plezier en verbinding. Je bouwt een vertrouwensband op met de bewoners en stimuleert hen om actief deel te nemen aan het dagelijkse leven.

Je werkt nauw samen met het multidisciplinaire KELA team en draagt bij aan een positieve, huiselijke sfeer.

Je takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • organiseren en begeleiden van creatieve en recreatieve activiteiten;
  • activiteiten afstemmen op het niveau van de bewoners;
  • bewoners (ook uit assistentiewoningen) stimuleren tot deelname;
  • creëren van belevingsgerichte momenten in kleine groepen;
  • meehelpen bij evenementen (zoals een verwenontbijt), met flexibiliteit naar vroege uren;
  • samenwerken met kinesisten, ergotherapeuten en het zorgteam;
  • bijdragen aan een warme en vrolijke sfeer.

Als animator draag je bij aan het welzijn en de dagelijkse beleving van onze bewoners door het organiseren en begeleiden van activiteiten. Samen met je collega’s zorg je voor een warme, aangename en huiselijke omgeving waarin bewoners zich goed voelen.

Daarnaast staan de kwaliteiten creativiteit, empathie en enthousiasme centraal. Die helpen je om bewoners te motiveren, plezier te brengen en activiteiten op maat aan te bieden.

Verder vragen wij:

  • een relevant diploma (A1 vereist);
  • bij voorkeur ervaring met animatie in een woonzorgcentrum of dagzaal;
  • creativiteit en zin om activiteiten te organiseren;
  • vlotte omgang met bewoners en collega’s;
  • muzikale vaardigheden zijn mooi meegenomen.
