Je begeleidt patiënten met obesitas en krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende comorbiditeit en factoren die van invloed zijn op gezondheid en behandeling. Je ontwikkelt vaardigheden in klinisch redeneren, gespreksvoering, gedragsverandering en multidisciplinair samenwerken. Bij TalentCare sta jij als arts centraal. Werken als ANIOS Bariatrie Als ANIOS Bariatrie werk je met patiënten bij wie obesitas vaak samengaat met andere lichamelijke, psychische en leefstijlgerelateerde factoren. Je kijkt daarom verder dan gewicht alleen. Je brengt de medische situatie in kaart, beoordeelt comorbiditeit en onderzoekt welke factoren van invloed zijn op het behandeltraject. - Brede medische blik: Je krijgt te maken met obesitasgerelateerde aandoeningen en leert verschillende gezondheidsproblemen in samenhang te beoordelen. - Screening en begeleiding: Je beoordeelt patiënten tijdens verschillende fases van hun behandeltraject en bespreekt medische aandachtspunten en behandelkeuzes. - Multidisciplinair samenwerken: Je werkt samen met verschillende medische en paramedische disciplines en leert gezondheid vanuit meerdere perspectieven bekijken. - Gedrag en mentale gezondheid: Je krijgt inzicht in de wisselwerking tussen lichamelijke gezondheid, psychische factoren, leefstijl en gedragsverandering. Als basisarts krijg je binnen de bariatrie de ruimte om zelfstandig medische taken uit te voeren binnen de afspraken en supervisiestructuur van de organisatie waar je werkt.
