Wat ga je doen: In de functie van bedrijfsarts ben je adviseur op basis van arbeidsgezondheidskundige expertise. Je bent in staat beroepsziekten en beroeps gebonden aandoeningen te beoordelen, te begeleiden en daarover te adviseren. Tevens kun je preventieve technieken toepassen ter behoud en bevordering van het individuele arbeidsvermogen. De inzet van de bedrijfsarts wordt mede bepaald door de Wet Verbetering Poortwachter. De bedrijfsarts heeft de taak en draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de verzuimbegeleiding bij kleine en grote organisaties. Je adviseert over de aanpak van het ziekteverzuim, de re-integratiemogelijkheden en de verbetering van de arbeidsomstandigheden. Op organisatorisch niveau analyseer en adviseer je over gezondheid, inzetbaarheid en duurzame inzetbaarheid. Wat wordt er van jou verwacht: - bent BIG-geregistreerd als arts; - kan na een consult een heldere uitspraak doen over de mate van fysieke en mentale belastbaarheid en de beperkingen van de werknemer; - kan zelfstandig werken; - beschikt over een rijbewijs B. Bovendien ben je bereid om naar klantlocaties te reizen: uiteraard wordt dit zo praktisch mogelijk ingericht. Wat wordt jou geboden: - Uren in overleg, 24 tot 40 uur;; - Salaris is afhankelijk van leeftijd en ervaring, €5.500,- tot €7.000,-; - Alle benodigde middelen om je functie zo goed mogelijk te kunnen uitoefenen, zoals een leaseauto, laptop en telefoon; - Vrij in te delen vakantiedagen; - Een gezellig team waar altijd ruimte is voor een dosis humor.
