Je voert gesprekken die direct invloed hebben op werk en gezondheid. Jouw nieuwe baan Een medewerker zit tegenover je met klachten die niet losstaan van het werk. Je vraagt door, weegt belangen en bepaalt een vervolgstap. Binnen deze rol werk je in taakdelegatie met een praktijkondersteuner bedrijfsarts. Je verdeelt het werk bewust. Daardoor houd je tijd voor de complexere casuïstiek en inhoudelijke afwegingen. Je spreekt medewerkers, beoordeelt belastbaarheid en adviseert over terugkeer naar werk. Tegelijk stem je af met werkgevers over wat haalbaar is in de praktijk. Soms ligt de nadruk op mentale belasting, soms op fysieke klachten. Regelmatig speelt er meer dan op het eerste gezicht zichtbaar is. Juist dat maakt het werk inhoudelijk interessant. Naast het spreekuur analyseer je patronen. Je ziet waar uitval ontstaat en vertaalt dat naar adviezen voor de organisatie. Je ziet medewerkers uit verschillende sectoren, elk met hun eigen context en belangen. De samenwerking met de praktijkondersteuner bedrijfsarts is vast onderdeel van je werk. Je stemt casuïstiek af, verdeelt taken en houdt samen overzicht. Daardoor blijft het werk behapbaar en inhoudelijk scherp. Binnen het team werk je met korte lijnen. Overleggen zijn gericht op de inhoud, besluiten worden snel genomen. Je hebt direct contact met werkgevers, waardoor adviezen ook echt uitgevoerd worden.
