ANIOS bedrijfsgeneeskunde MKB Apeldoorn & Zwolle - Ontdek stap voor stap of de bedrijfsgeneeskunde bij je past en ontwikkel je verder als arts. Daarna kun je starten met de opleiding tot bedrijfsarts. Jouw nieuwe baan Tijdens een traineeship van 9 maanden maak je kennis met de praktijk van de bedrijfsgeneeskunde. Als ANIOS bedrijfsgeneeskunde bespreek je met medewerkers niet alleen hun klachten, maar ook herstel, belastbaarheid, werkdruk en balans. Je vertaalt medische inzichten naar duidelijke adviezen over werkhervatting en preventie. Daarbij kijk je samen met medewerkers naar wat nog wél mogelijk is. Casussen bespreek je met bedrijfsartsen, arboverpleegkundigen en andere professionals. Zo leer je medische informatie onderbouwen, afwegen en vertalen naar keuzes in de praktijk. Tijdens het leertraject krijg je scholing en persoonlijke begeleiding. Stap voor stap ontwikkel je jouw rol als arts binnen dit vakgebied. Blijkt na evaluatie dat de bedrijfsgeneeskunde bij je past, dan kun je op kosten van de werkgever starten met de 4-jarige opleiding tot bedrijfsarts. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Je standplaats wordt een groepspraktijk in Zwolle. Afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats, werk je deels in Apeldoorn en deels in Zwolle. Binnen die regio werk jij als basisarts binnen een multidisciplinair team waarin bedrijfsartsen, arboverpleegkundigen, casemanagers en arbeidsdeskundigen nauw samenwerken. Elk team heeft een vaste klantenkring. Dat zorgt voor overzicht, korte lijnen en de mogelijkheid om relaties op te bouwen met zowel medewerkers als organisaties. De dagelijkse praktijk bestaat uit individuele consulten met medewerkers en overleg met HR en leidinggevenden. Gesprekken gaan over verzuim, inzetbaarheid en preventie. Je start samen met een groep van ongeveer 10 artsen. Tijdens een meerdaags scholingsevent leer je elkaar goed kennen. Daarna komen jullie elke 6 weken samen om ervaringen te delen, kennis te verdiepen en elkaar te onderst...
