Blijf sterk in je werk - Mentaal gezond in je werk - ANIOS Cardio-Thoracale Chirurgie Radboudumc zoekt een ANIOS Cardio-Thoracale Chirurgie Functie Als ANIOS Cardio-thoracale Chirurgie werk je dagelijks samen met veel verschillende afdelingen binnen de zorgketen. Hierdoor maak je voortdurend kennis met nieuwe facetten van de vakgebieden hartchirurgie en longchirurgie, evenals met aanverwante specialismen. Je werk is daardoor dynamisch en afwisselend en biedt volop mogelijkheden om jezelf breed te ontwikkelen. Je neemt deel aan de klinische patiëntenzorg op zowel de operatiekamer als de verpleegafdeling. Dit doe je onder supervisie en met intensieve persoonlijke begeleiding, zodat je de chirurgische afdeling goed leert kennen en je verder kunt ontwikkelen. Samen met collega-ANIOS'en, physician assistants en AIOS'en verzorg je de diensten. Op onze academische afdeling investeren we continu in medische innovatie en wetenschappelijk onderzoek. Vrijwel al onze arts-assistenten zijn, samen met de chirurgen, betrokken bij onderzoeksprojecten. Wij bieden jou de tijd en ruimte om, in overleg, wetenschappelijk onderzoek te verrichten. Dat maakt werken als ANIOS bij ons extra bijzonder. Deeltijd werken is bespreekbaar. Jouw werkplek De afdeling Cardio-thoracale Chirurgie van het Radboudumc maakt onderdeel uit van het Centrum voor Hart en Vaten en het Centrum voor Oncologie. Elke dag streven we naar betere zorg, onderzoek en onderwijs. We willen steeds beter begrijpen hoe ziekten ontstaan en hoe we deze kunnen voorkomen, behandelen en genezen. Kortom, wij streven naar significant impact on healthcare : samen mét én voor de patiënt. De afdeling Cardio-thoracale Chirurgie biedt topreferente en topklinische zorg voor de regio Oost-Nederland en daarbuiten. Onze speerpunten zijn aortachirurgie, longchirurgie, ritmechirurgie en transkatheter aortaklepvervanging (TAVI), naast het reguliere cardio-thoracaal chirurgische palet. Jaarlijks voer...
