Bedrijfsprofiel Het Jeroen Bosch Ziekenhuis (JBZ) te ’s-Hertogenbosch is een Topklinisch Ziekenhuis met ruim 240 medisch specialisten, verdeeld over 29 specialismen en 640 bedden. Het verzorgt de medisch-specialistische zorg in de regio Noordoost-Brabant, ’s-Hertogenbosch en de Bommelerwaard. Het JBZ is een opleidingsziekenhuis voor artsen, medisch specialisten, verpleegkundigen en andere zorgverleners. De Bossche Specialisten Coöperatie (BSC) is het samenwerkingsverband van alle specialisten in het JBZ. Het Jeroen Bosch Ziekenhuis streeft naar de beste zorg voor de patiënt en stelt daarbij vier kernwaarden centraal: veilig, gastvrij, open en vernieuwend. Hierbij is de samenwerking met huisartsen en andere zorgpartners in de regio van groot belang. Wat vragen wij van jou? Als ANIOS Chirurgie werk je als zaalarts op de klinische afdeling Chirurgie, op de Spoed Eisende Hulp (SEH) en verricht je chirurgische werkzaamheden op de Poliklinische OK (POK). Dit gebeurt onder supervisie van een medisch specialist. Je participeert in een 24-uurs rooster, samen met andere arts-assistenten. Je bent in het bezit van het artsendiploma met BIG-registratie en je hebt interesse voor het vakgebied Chirurgie. Je beschikt over uitstekende sociale vaardigheden en een patiëntgerichte, integere en kwaliteitsgerichte werkhouding. Je bent stressbestendig, leergierig en kunt goed samenwerken. Je zit vol positieve energie, je kunt zelfstandig werken maar ook in teamverband en durft buiten kaders te denken. Je bent van nature nieuwsgierig ingesteld en vindt het leuk om te leren. Je staat daarbij open voor de input van anderen. Daarnaast durf je feedback te geven en te ontvangen. Verder ben

besluitvaardig, resultaatgericht en pragmatisch ingesteld. Je bent kritisch en denkt mee over ontwikkelingen JBZ breed. Wat bieden wij jou? Een uitdagende baan in een ervaren team van 13 chirurgen, 3 CHIVO’s, 9 ANIOS en 12 AIOS. Ontwikkeling en groei staat bij ons hoog in het vaandel en wetenschappelijk onderzoek wordt bijzonder ondersteund. Inschaling vindt plaats in functiegroep 65 (minimaal € 4.824,- en maximaal € 7.269,- bruto per maand bij een fulltime dienstverband). De arbeidsvoorwaarden zijn conform de CAO Ziekenhuizen.
