Salaris: €5.500 – €7.000 bruto per maand op fulltime basis

Voor een goede klant van ons, een landelijke arbodienst, zijn wij op zoek naar een basisarts voor de regio Amsterdam. Een mooie kans voor een arts die zich wil verdiepen in de bedrijfsgeneeskunde en op zoek is naar een functie met regelmatige werktijden, persoonlijke begeleiding en volop ruimte om zich verder te ontwikkelen.

Ervaring binnen de bedrijfsgeneeskunde is niet noodzakelijk. Je wordt begeleid door ervaren bedrijfsartsen en krijgt de gelegenheid om het vak vanuit de praktijk te leren kennen.

Wat ga je doen?

Als arbo-arts begeleid je werknemers met uiteenlopende gezondheids- en werkgerelateerde vragen. Tijdens spreekuren breng je de situatie van de werknemer in kaart en kijk je samen naar de mogelijkheden rondom werkhervatting en inzetbaarheid.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

- Het voeren van medische spreekuren; - Het beoordelen van de belastbaarheid van werknemers; - Adviseren over werkhervatting en re-integratie; - Het signaleren van mogelijkheden voor preventie; - Samenwerken met bedrijfsartsen, casemanagers en andere professionals; - Contact onderhouden met werkgevers en andere betrokken partijen.

Je werkt onder supervisie van ervaren bedrijfsartsen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid in je werkzaamheden.

Wat bieden wij?

Voor jouw inzet krijg je natuurlijk goede voorwaarden terug. Je kunt rekenen op:

- €5.500 – €7.000 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van ervaring; - Een dienstverband vanaf 24 uur per week; - Werken tijdens reguliere kantooruren, zonder avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten; - Goede begeleiding en supervisie door ervaren bedrijfsartsen; - Verschillende mogelijkheden voor opleiding en bijschol
