Anios Geriatrie Marleen, medisch specialist Aantal uur 36 uren Contract Bepaalde tijd Opleiding WO Vakgebied Medisch specialist, aios en anios Afdeling Staf geriatrie H Solliciteren voor 19 oktober 2026 Je nieuwe baan Als Anios Geriatrie werk je, onder supervisie van de geriaters, zelfstandig op de afdeling Geriatrie in Hoorn. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de medische patiëntenzorg in de kliniek, onder toezicht van de specialisten en in nauwe samenwerking met de verpleegkundigen en paramedici. Je neemt anamneses af, voert lichamelijk onderzoek uit, loopt visites, coördineert medicatie en onderzoek aanvragen en neemt deel aan het multidisciplinaire overleg. Binnen het ziekenhuis werk je samen met geriaters, consulent specialisten, verpleegkundigen en andere disciplines. Tevens speel je een rol in de begeleiding van de verbredende en senior-coassistenten op de afdeling. Buiten het ziekenhuis heb je contact met huisartsen, specialisten ouderenzorg, verpleging en verzorging van thuiszorg, verpleeg- en verzorgingshuizen en overige extramurale zorgaanbieders. Avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten behoren niet tot deze functie. De afdeling Onze vakgroep Geriatrie bestaat momenteel uit negen geriaters. Samen met zes geriatrieverpleegkundigen, twee verpleegkundig specialisten en het secretariaat, werken zij op beide locaties (Hoorn en Purmerend). We bieden uitgebreide poliklinische zorg, consultaties op de verpleegafdelingen en hebben een kliniek Geriatrie met tien bedden op de locatie Hoorn, geïntegreerd bij de Orthopedie en Traumachirurgie. Ons team is verantwoordelijk voor de diagnostiek en behandeling van oudere patiënten met meervoudige problemen, met vaak een sterke verwevenheid op het somatische, psychische, functionele en sociale vlak.
