Op onze IC werk je met de nieuwste technieken, je ontwikkelt razendsnel je klinische vaardigheden en legt een sterke basis voor jouw specialisatie. Sluit je aan bij ons jonge, dynamische team en ervaar wat het werken op de IC in ons topklinische ziekenhuis zo uniek maakt! Samen met de intensivisten ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de zorg van de patiënten op de IC. Je voert spoedinterventies uit, helpt mee in het reanimatieteam en doet consulten voor ernstig zieke patiënten op de afdeling en de SEH. Daarnaast leer je allerlei technische skills: van het maken van echo's van hart en longen tot het aanleggen van centrale lijnen en infusen. Op de IC voeren we zelf bronchoscopieën uit, plaatsen we thoraxdrains en tracheostoma's. Ook is er veel ruimte om je te verdiepen in de sociale kant van zorg, zoals het voeren van gesprekken over advanced care planning en het begeleiden van familieleden. Je krijgt volop de kans om te groeien en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, zowel medisch als persoonlijk. We zorgen voor goede begeleiding, overdag en 's nachts, en werken altijd als één team - met intensivisten, arts-assistenten, physician assistants en gespecialiseerde IC-verpleegkundigen. Wat maakt werken bij ons nog specialer? We zijn in 2023 en 2024 uitgeroepen tot Vakgroep van het Jaar en hebben in 2024 de onderscheiding voor Specialist van het Jaar ontvangen. Bovendien was ZGT het eerste ziekenhuis in Nederland met een diamanten status bij een belangrijke kwaliteitsvisitatie!
