Frisius MC als werkgever - Vrijwilliger worden Werken bij Frisius MC ANIOS Intensive Care Salaris € 4.824 - € 7.269 Jouw afdeling en collega's De IC van Frisius MC Leeuwarden staat bekend om de fijne werksfeer en het sterke teamgevoel. Als ANIOS IC werk je in een team van zeven tot acht arts-assistenten (zowel in opleiding als niet in opleiding) en vier Physician Assistants. Samen zorgen jullie voor een 24/7 bezetting in drie diensten. Onze goed uitgeruste IC beschikt over 18 beademingsbedden en werkt met een zelfstandige vakgroep van 14 intensivisten. Je staat er dus nooit alleen voor- er is altijd supervisie en een geweldig verpleegkundig team om op terug te vallen. Jij bij Frisius MC Als ANIOS op de Intensive Care speel je een belangrijke rol in de zorg voor opgenomen patiënten. Samen met de intensivist ben je betrokken bij de opvang en behandeling van acuut vitaal bedreigde patiënten, zowel op de IC als elders in het ziekenhuis. Je krijgt niet alleen theoretisch en praktisch onderwijs, maar ook volop kansen om je te ontwikkelen en brede ervaring op te doen in verschillende specialismen. Je werkt met geavanceerde technieken zoals invasieve hemodynamische monitoring (Swan Ganz en PiCCO), invasieve en non-invasieve beademing, CVVHD en echografie. We werken met EPIC als elektronisch patiëntendossier. Dit ben jij Je bent een enthousiaste, ambitieuze en leergierige basisarts die als arts-assistent (nog) niet in opleiding ervaring wil opdoen in de opvang en behandeling van acuut vitaal bedreigde patiënten. - Je werkt graag in een multidisciplinair team en communiceert helder. - Je houdt van aanpakken en blijft kalm in acute situaties. - Je bent evenwichtig en staat stevig in je schoenen.
