Wil jij je als ANIOS verder verdiepen in de Interne Geneeskunde? Bij Deventer Ziekenhuis doe je brede klinische ervaring op binnen een betrokken team en krijg je goede begeleiding in jouw ontwikkeling. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om de stap naar een AIOS-plek te zetten. Jouw functie als ANIOS Interne Geneeskunde Als ANIOS Interne Geneeskunde doe je brede ervaring op binnen het vak en draag je vanaf het begin bij aan de zorg voor onze patiënten. Je werkt ook op de afdeling MDL en longgeneeskunde en in de dienst ook op de cardiologie. Je werkt nauw samen met internisten, AIOS en andere ANIOS en krijgt volop ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen. Zo leg je een stevige basis voor de volgende stap in je loopbaan. - lever je medische zorg aan opgenomen en poliklinische patiënten; - neem je deel aan onderwijsbijeenkomsten; - krijg je begeleiding en regelmatig feedback op je ontwikkeling; - biedt de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een AIOS-plek. Binnen de Interne Geneeskunde werken ongeveer 17 tot 20 arts-assistenten. Een deel van hen is in opleiding tot internist of een ander medisch specialisme. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en arts-assistenten van andere vakgroepen binnen het Deventer Ziekenhuis. Wil je je verder ontwikkelen binnen de Interne Geneeskunde en heb je interesse in een opleidingsplaats? Als blijkt dat de opleiding bij jou past, kan het opleidingsteam je voordragen voor een AIOS-plek. Voor ervaring die je als ANIOS hebt opgedaan, kan de RGS korting verlenen op de duur van je opleiding. Ook als AIOS ben je welkom wanneer je een vooropleidingsplaats Interne Geneeskunde zoekt voor de opleiding tot cardioloog, longarts, maag-darm-leverarts, geriater of reumatoloog. Dan kun je, dankzij de opleidingsbevoegdheid van de vakgroep Cardiologie, ook een jaar van je vervolgopleiding in het Deventer Ziekenhuis volgen.
