Als ANIOS Oogheelkunde krijg je veel ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je werkzaamheden zijn afwisselend en veelzijdig: van het geven van intravitreale injecties en uitvoeren van functieonderzoeken tot het ondersteunen van OK-programma's. Daarnaast draai je zelfstandig spreekuren en diensten op de locaties van MUMC+, Zuyderland MC Heerlen en SJG Ziekenhuis Weert. Op de locatie SJG Ziekenhuis Weert draai je geen diensten. Gemiddeld duurt het ANIOS-schap één tot twee jaar, afhankelijk van je eerdere werkervaring en ontwikkeling. Bevalt het van beide kanten goed en rond je deze periode succesvol af, dan bestaat er bij voldoende vacatureruimte een reële mogelijkheid om door te stromen naar een opleidingsplaats tot oogarts (AIOS). Hoe ziet je werkomgeving eruit? Werken als ANIOS Oogheelkunde bij MUMC+ Ontdek de oogheelkunde van dichtbij Als ANIOS Oogheelkunde krijg je de kans om de volle breedte van het vak te ontdekken. Je doet ervaring op in de patiëntenzorg, krijgt verantwoordelijkheid en wordt actief begeleid in je ontwikkeling. Een plek waar je blijft leren Naast patiëntenzorg staan onderzoek, onderwijs en ontwikkeling centraal. Ons onderzoek richt zich onder andere op glaucoom, cataractchirurgie en corneatransplantaties. Ook zijn we betrokken bij de Maastricht Studie. Je krijgt volop ruimte om nieuwe vaardigheden te ontwikkelen, zelfstandig te werken en je verder te verdiepen in de oogheelkunde. Samenwerken in een enthousiast team Je werkt in een divers en betrokken team van oogartsen, artsen in opleiding, onderzoekers, promovendi en ondersteunende medewerkers.
