Binnen een vooruitstrevende zorgorganisatie in Enschede is er ruimte voor een gedreven ANIOS die zich wil ontwikkelen in de ouderenzorg. Dit is dé kans om brede ervaring op te doen in een dynamische medische vakgroep, met mogelijkheden voor verdere specialisatie. Over de organisatie Onze opdrachtgever heeft als zorgorganisatie in grote positie in Enschede. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in intensieve en complexe ouderenzorg, en bieden zorg aan diverse doelgroepen, waaronder psychogeriatrie, gerontopsychiatrie, somatiek, Korsakov en (zeer) ernstig probleemgedrag. Daarnaast worden tijdelijk verblijf, geriatrische revalidatiezorg (GRZ) en eerstelijnsverblijf (ELV) aangeboden. Functieomschrijving Je gaat deel uitmaken van een medische vakgroep bestaande uit specialisten ouderengeneeskunde, basisartsen, verpleegkundig specialisten en physician assistants. Na een gedegen inwerkperiode ben je verantwoordelijk voor het medisch beleid van een aantal cliënten. Hierbij wordt altijd samengewerkt met een specialist ouderengeneeskunde, die als supervisor fungeert. Deze functie biedt een uitstekende mogelijkheid om ervaring op te doen in de ouderenzorg, wat een waardevolle basis kan zijn voor een vervolgopleiding tot specialist ouderengeneeskunde. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde WO-opleiding Geneeskunde en BIG-registratie. - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, empathie en nauwkeurigheid. - Affiniteit met ouderenzorg en een mensgerichte benadering. - Bereidheid om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en te leren van supervisie. - Proactieve houding en een open manier van samenwerken.
