Jouw nieuwe baan Complexe zorgvragen vragen om medische scherpte én aandacht voor wat een cliënt nog zelf kan en wil. Als basisarts draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor de medische zorg aan cliënten die intramuraal verblijven. Je behandelt mensen met somatische en psychogeriatrische problematiek. Je onderzoekt klachten, stelt diagnoses en bepaalt het behandelbeleid. Daarbij bewaak je de samenhang tussen medische keuzes, de wensen van de cliënt en de kwaliteit van leven. Binnen het multidisciplinaire team houd je overzicht en geef je richting aan het zorgproces. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - medisch onderzoek uitvoeren en diagnoses stellen; - behandelplannen opstellen, uitvoeren en evalueren; - de medische besluitvorming binnen het multidisciplinair overleg coördineren; - afstemmen met behandelaren, zorgteams, cliënten en naasten; - bijdragen aan de continuïteit van de medische zorg; - deelnemen aan avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Op 2 intramurale locaties doe je ervaring op met somatische zorg, psychogeriatrie, kortdurende zorg en screeningsactiviteiten. Die brede praktijk geeft je als basisarts zicht op uiteenlopende ziektebeelden en verschillende fasen van ouder worden. Artsen, behandelaren en zorgteams werken nauw met elkaar samen. Je kunt gemakkelijk overleggen, vragen bespreken en reflecteren op medische keuzes. Kennis delen en leren van de dagelijkse praktijk krijgen hier bewust ruimte.
