Wil je bijdragen aan de optimale voorbereiding van patiënten voor een operatie? Dan is deze functie op onze polikliniek Anesthesiologie iets voor jou! Dit ga je doen Als arts preoperatieve anesthesiologie speel je een cruciale rol in de voorbereiding van patiënten die een operatie of ingreep onder anesthesie ondergaan. Op onze polikliniek zien we jaarlijks zo'n 15.000 patiënten, waarbij jij, in samenwerking met, en onder supervisie van een anesthesioloog (i.o.): - Het risico op perioperatieve complicaties inschat en waar mogelijk de conditie van patiënten optimaliseert. - Patiënten en hun naasten voorziet van duidelijke voorlichting over anesthesie en het perioperatieve traject. - Samenwerkt met een multidisciplinair team, bestaande uit anesthesiologen, verpleegkundigen, anesthesiemedewerkers, sedatiepraktijkspecialisten en secretariële medewerkers. - Contact onderhoudt met specialisten zoals chirurgen, longartsen, geriaters, cardiologen en huisartsen om de zorg rondom operaties te optimaliseren. - Werkt in een omgeving waar innovatie en continue verbetering van de preoperatieve zorg centraal staan. Hier ga je werken De polikliniek Anesthesiologie is een dynamische afdeling waar samenwerking met diverse specialismen binnen het ziekenhuis essentieel is. Het doel? Patiënten optimaal voorbereiden op hun operatie of ingreep. Binnen de divisie Vitale Functies leveren we naast hoogwaardige perioperatieve anesthesiologische zorg, ook de zorg voor: - Patiënten met chronische pijn. - Patiënten met bedreigde vitale functies op de SEH en Intensive Care. Jouw werk start op de polikliniek en draagt bij aan een veilige en effectieve zorgreis voor onze patiënten. In overleg, en bij beschikbaarheid van de functies, is een combinatie te maken met werken op de intensive care, anesthesiologie of het doen van wetenschapp...
