Je werkzaamheden bestaan vooral uit het verrichten van consulten in de kliniek op beide locaties. Je stelt indicaties voor behandelingen voor medisch specialistische revalidatie in een kliniek elders of voor poliklinische revalidatie in ons ziekenhuis, en verricht in voorkomende gevallen spoedconsulten op de poli. Naast het afnemen van de revalidatiegeneeskundige anamnese en het doen van het lichamelijk onderzoek, geef je adviezen, uitleg en toelichting, en voer je familiegesprekken. Je onderhoudt intensief contact met de bij de behandeling betrokken paramedici en participeert in de diverse klinische multidisciplinaire overleggen. Bij gelegenheid kun je ook ervaring opdoen en leren van onze gespecialiseerde paramedici (zoals fysiotherapeuten, ergotherapeuten, logopedisten, medisch maatschappelijk werk, psycholoog, podotherapeut, orthopedische schoenmaker en technicus). Daarnaast zul je poliklinische werkzaamheden verrichten binnen het multidisciplinaire diabetische voetenteam. Als je voldoende bent ingewerkt zal ook het uitvoeren van diensten (spoedzorg gerelateerd aan spasticiteitsbehandeling middels intrathecale baclofen) tot jouw werkzaamheden behoren. Wat neem je mee? - Je bent basisart en hebt belangstelling voor de revalidatiegeneeskunde of je wil deze ervaring opdoen. - Je hebt belangstelling voor mensen met een beperking en wilt bijdragen aan optimaliseren van maatschappelijke participatie. Wat bieden we jou? - Het betreft een tijdelijke arbeidsovereenkomst voor de duur van 1 jaar, mogelijk langer. - Inschaling in salarisschaal 11a (SAA): € 4.642 tot € 6.393 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband (afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring).
