ANIOS verslavingszorg - Werk als ANIOS midden in de verslavingszorg en verbind lichamelijke en psychische gezondheid met aandacht voor wat achter het gedrag van cliënten speelt. ANIOS verslavingszorg Jouw nieuwe baan Achter verslavingsproblematiek spelen vaak meerdere gezondheidsvragen. Als ANIOS onderzoek je daarom niet alleen het middelengebruik. Je brengt ook psychiatrische klachten en lichamelijke problemen in beeld en kijkt naar de samenhang. Dagelijks werk je samen met psychiaters, verslavingsartsen, psychologen en sociaal psychiatrisch werkers. Vanuit verschillende vakgebieden bespreek je wat een cliënt nodig heeft. Daarbij besteed je aandacht aan passende medische zorg en het beperken van gezondheidsrisico's. Tijdens je werk verricht je medisch onderzoek en screen je op comorbiditeit. Behandelingen voer je uit onder supervisie van een verslavingsarts of psychiater. Daarnaast lever je jouw medische inbreng bij diagnostiek, risicotaxaties en behandelplannen. Overdag ligt de nadruk op de directe cliëntenzorg. Na een goede inwerkperiode neem je gemiddeld 4 keer per maand deel aan bereikbaarheidsdiensten. Deze diensten vallen buiten kantoortijden en in het weekend. Veel vragen bespreek je telefonisch, waardoor werk en privé goed in balans blijven. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Collega's nemen de tijd om samen te kijken wat er achter gedrag schuilgaat. Als basisarts binnen de verslavingszorg werk jij op een forensische polikliniek waar cliënten komen met verslavingsproblematiek en een justitiële titel. Vaak speelt er meer tegelijk. Denk aan persoonlijkheidsproblematiek, angst, depressie, autisme, ADHD of een verstandelijke beperking. Ook trauma, schulden, instabiele relaties en huisvestingsproblemen komen veel voor. De behandeling vraagt om medische kennis, rust en goed luisteren. Je werkt samen met ketenpartners binnen een gedwongen kader.
