Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Annahmemitarbeiter_in Ihre Aufgaben

* Erster Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden rund um Service, Reparatur, Garantie und Unfallschäden

* Terminvereinbarung und Koordination der Werkstatttermine

* Betreuung der Kunden während des gesamten Reparaturprozesses

* Erstellung und Übergabe von Rechnungen

* Abwicklung und Verrechnung von Garantiefällen

* Koordination von Unfallschäden mit Versicherungen und Sachverständigen

* Organisation, Ausgabe und Rücknahme von Leihfahrzeugen

* Einholung notwendiger Reparaturfreigaben

* Nachbetreuung unserer Kunden zur Sicherstellung höchster Kundenzufriedenheit

* Laufende Pflege der Kunden- und Auftragsdaten sowie administrative Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung im Autohaus oder im Kundenservice von Vorteil

* Freundliches und serviceorientiertes Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Sicherer Umgang mit EDV-Anwendungen

* Eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

Entlohnung

Für diese Position ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab € 3.000,- vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht selbstverständlich die Bereitschaft zur deutlichen Überzahlung.
