Als Anodiseur speel je een cruciale rol in het productieproces. Je begint je dag met een korte check van de planning en controleert welke producten vandaag aan de beurt zijn voor de oppervlaktebehandeling. Daarbij volg je nauwkeurig de werkinstructies en zorgt dat je werkplek altijd netjes en georganiseerd is.

Als Anodiseur / Operator houd je het hele proces nauwlettend in de gaten, van het controleren van de temperatuur van de baden tot het bijvullen van chemische vloeistoffen. Je werkt vaak samen met collega's uit andere afdelingen, zoals de opspanners en maskeerders, om ervoor te zorgen dat het hele proces soepel verloopt. Als er afwijkingen zijn in het proces, trek je meteen aan de bel bij het afdelingshoofd of de technische dienst. Aan het einde van de dag zorg je ervoor dat alle formulieren correct zijn ingevuld en dat de werkplek weer schoon is voor de volgende ploeg. Elke dag is anders, en dat maakt deze functie zo uitdagend!
