Voor onze klant in Antwerpen zijn wij op zoek naar een teamleader silostation. Onze klant is een internationale dienstverlener/transporteur. Onze klant is wereldwijd actief op zowel on- als offsite terminals.

Tot uw takenpakket zal behoren:

  • Als logistieke serviceprovider in de petrochemie bestaan de hoofdactiviteit uit laden en lossen van silo's en trucks zowel bulk als verpakt, afvullen van octabins en bigbags en verbulken van zakken en bigbags.
  • Als teamleader ben je verantwoordelijk voor de continuïteit en kwaliteit van de operaties.
  • Als verantwoordelijke zorg je ervoor dat je operators veilig en correct werken. Indien een situatie niet veilig is neem je onmiddelijk actie.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de werkruimtes en machines behandeld en opgekuist worden volgens de gerespecteerde regels.
  • Je kijkt de machines op regelmatige basis na en stemt af met de technische dienst waar onderhoud en herstellingen nodig zijn.
  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de planning van het personeel en stuurt deze bij waar nodig.
  • Je bent het verlengde van het management op de werkvloer en rapporteert aan hen op regelmatige basis.
  • Je team zal ongeveer bestaan uit 15 tot 20 operators.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken
