Als inval ANW-hoofd spring je bij wanneer dat nodig is en zorg je op verschillende momenten voor rust, overzicht en continuïteit. Met jouw deskundigheid en daadkracht bied je medewerkers en cliënten de ondersteuning die zij op dat moment nodig hebben. Aandacht voor persoonlijke groei Jij bent als ANW-hoofd verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken tijdens de avond-, nacht- en weekenduren op locatie Boerhaavelaan. Je bewaakt het behandelbeleid, biedt ondersteuning aan groepsleiders en verpleegkundigen en zorgt samen met verschillende disciplines voor veilige en passende zorg. We hebben jouw expertise en daadkracht nodig om ook in complexe en onverwachte situaties rust en overzicht te bewaren. Wat je verder gaat doen: - Je bewaakt de psychische, somatische en sociale zorg voor patiënten en medewerkers en maakt hierover waar nodig afspraken. - Je draagt bij aan rust, veiligheid en een prettig behandelklimaat binnen de klinieken en op het terrein. - Je ondersteunt groepsleiders en verpleegkundigen en geeft aanwijzingen op pedagogisch en verpleegkundig gebied. - Je treedt handelend op bij crisissituaties en calamiteiten, werkt volgens protocollen en stemt de inzet van verschillende disciplines op elkaar af. Jouw werkplek Je gaat werken voor de Divisie Kinder-en Jeugdpsychiatrie, locatie Boerhaavelaan te Barendrecht. Het betreft een functie voor flexibele inzet, uren zijn bespreekbaar. Het ANW-hoofd komt in actie ten tijde van calamiteiten en alle andere situaties die de aandacht van de eerst verantwoordelijke eisen. Bij Yulius maken 600 zorgprofessionals dagelijks het verschil voor zo'n 4000 jeugdigen en hun gezin in de regio's Zuid-Zuid-Holland en Rotterdam-Rijnmond.
