Für unsere Zentrale in Hallein suchen wir 1 Anwendungstechniker_in Software

auf Vollzeitbasis.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Bearbeitung und Pflege von 3D-Maschinenmodellen und digitalen Zwillingen für Werkzeugmaschinen

* Aufbau, Konfiguration und Test von virtuellen Maschinenumgebungen (CreateMyVirtualMachine)

* Erstellen, Anpassen und Verwalten von Siemens VCP-Dateien (Virtual Commissioning Projects)

* Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Technologiezyklen (z. B. Fräsen, Drehen, Verzahnen, Schleifen, Messen)

* Integration der Technologiezyklen in PLC-, HMI-, Antriebs- und Regelungstechnik (Siemens SINUMERIK ONE, Heidenhain TNC)

* Durchführung von Funktionstests, Simulationen und virtuellen Inbetriebnahmen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Anwendungstechnik, Softwareentwicklung, Konstruktion, Vertrieb und Inbetriebnahme

* Unterstützung bei der Standardisierung und Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Maschinenmodelle

* Schulungen bei Kunden im Außendienst

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Abschluss im Bereich Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder Informatik

* Berufserfahrung in Software-, Steuerungs- oder Antriebstechnik von Werkzeugmaschinen

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in NC-Steuerungen wie Siemens 840D, SINUMERIK ONE, und idealerweise Heidenhain TNC Steuerungen

* Erfahrung mit digitalen Zwillingen und virtueller Inbetriebnahme

* Gute Kenntnisse in 3D-Kinematik und Maschinenmodellierung

* Verständnis für Antriebs- und Regelungstechnik im Werkzeugmaschinenbereich

* Analytisches Denken, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an interdisziplinären Projekten
