The posting

Als AP Accountant maak je deel uit van ons Finance team in Wijnegem en sta je in voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking en opvolging van onze leveranciersboekhouding.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je controleert en boekt aankoopfacturen en koppelt deze aan de juiste aankooporders (PO’s) en goederenontvangsten.
  • Je onderzoekt prijs-, hoeveelheids- en leveringsverschillen en volgt ontbrekende of foutieve informatie proactief op.
  • Je volgt de goedkeuringsflow van facturen op en zorgt ervoor dat dossiers tijdig verwerkt kunnen worden.
  • Je bereidt betalingsvoorstellen voor, bewaakt betalingstermijnen en volgt openstaande leveranciersposten op.
  • Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor onze leveranciers en behandelt hun vragen, herinneringen en eventuele betwistingen telefonisch en per mail.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert leveranciersgegevens en waakt mee over een correcte toepassing van onze interne controleprocedures.
  • Je ondersteunt de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluiting voor de leveranciersboekhouding.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s van Finance, Aankoop, Logistiek en Productie.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en digitalisering binnen het purchase-to-pay-proces.

Je komt terecht in een internationale productieomgeving waarin nauwkeurigheid belangrijk is, maar waar we ook verwachten dat je initiatief neemt. Ontbreekt er een PO, klopt een factuur niet of dreigt een betaling vast te lopen? Dan wacht je niet af, maar ga je actief op zoek naar de juiste informatie en oplossing.

Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in leveranciersboekhouding en bent vertrouwd met driewegmatching (PO – goederenontvangst – factuur). Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving én een internationale context is belangrijk.

Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en neemt initiatief om ontbrekende informatie of afwijkingen proactief op te volgen. Je bent vlot met Excel en hebt ervaring met ERP- of boekhoudsoftware. Kennis van Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics of een vergelijkbaar systeem is een pluspunt.

Je bent communicatief, assertief en werkt graag samen met collega's en leveranciers.
