  • End-to-end AP-verwerking: je beheert het volledige proces van factuurontvangst (Peppol) tot uiteindelijke betaling, inclusief verwerking van leveranciersbanken en afsluitingen
  • Afsluitprocessen: je draagt bij aan een correcte maandafsluiting en cut-off via balansreconciliaties, opvolging van leveranciersrekeningen en ageing-analyses
  • Betalingen & liquiditeitsplanning: je ondersteunt bij het voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingsruns in afstemming met treasury
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: je controleert de output van het offshore team en zorgt voor een correcte en consistente verwerking
  • Stakeholdermanagement: je onderhoudt vlotte contacten met leveranciers en werkt nauw samen met interne teams zoals finance, HR en operations
  • Optimalisatie: je denkt proactief mee over en werkt actief aan procesverbeteringen en automatisering

Must haves

  • 3–5+ jaar ervaring in een Accounts Payable of gelijkaardige rol
  • Ervaring met maandafsluitingen en cut-off processen
  • Sterke boekhoudkundige kennis
  • Kennis van e-facturatie (Peppol)
  • Vlot in ERP-systemen
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en ownership-gedreven

Nice tot haves

  • Ervaring met Microsoft Business Central
  • Extra talenkennis
  • Ervaring binnen logistiek of distributie
