Heb je al een eerste ervaring binnen de leveranciersboekhouding achter de rug? Hou je ervan om in contact te staan met verschillende departementen? Denk je mee na over verbeteringsprocessen en implementaties? Dan zit je helemaal op je plek als AP-accountant binnen deze gekende speler in de retailsector, regio Evere.

Wat kan je verwachten als AP Accountant:

Het boekhoudteam bestaat uit 6 personen en je rapporteert aan de Senior Accountant. Samen met één andere collega neem je de leveranciersboekhouding van A tot Z onder handen. Je zal je voornamelijk focussen op de Nederlandstalige leveranciers en interne stakeholders, maar bent ook een back up voor jouw Franstalige collega.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:

  • Je zorgt voor de input, controle en boeking van de aankoopfacturen, alsook de onkostennota's
  • Je zorgt dat de aankoopfacturen tijdig worden betaald en houdt een scherp oog op het goedkeuringsproces.
  • Je verwerkt de banken, voert betalingen uit, alsook intercompany reconciliaties
  • Op dagelijkse basis beheer je de mailbox en sta je de leveranciers te woord
  • Je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor interne diensten (winkels, e-commerce en logistieke diensten) als zij vragen hebben over hun budgetten/facturen Je bezorgt hun een overzicht van de kosten gerelateerd per dienst en geeft hun extra uitleg over de facturen gelinkt aan hun diensten
  • Daarnaast ondersteun je de andere collega's bij de maandelijkse afsluitingen Je verwerkt diverse boekingen zoals afschrijvingen, provisies, onkostennota's, … Je ondersteunt met de btw-aangiftes en andere closings gerelateerde activiteiten
  • Tenslotte neem je het voortrouw wat betreft de interne processen (vb. optimalisatie van de goedkeuringsflow)

Het ideale profiel:

  • Je hebt een goede kennis binnen de leveranciersboekhouding door jouw opleiding (Bachelor niveau Accountancy/Fiscaliteit)
  • Je kan al terugkijken op minstens een tweetal jaar ervaring met de leveranciersboekhouding
  • De voertaal binnen het team is een mix van Nederlands & Frans. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de Nederlandse leverancier en interne stakeholders, maar je bent ook een back up voor jouw Franstalige collega. Een woordje Engels komt ook van pas.
  • Je bent niet bang om buiten de boekhouding ook enkele administratieve of ad hoc taken uit te voeren
  • Je neemt een leergierige en positieve houding aan en werkt graag in groepsverband
