Voor een stabiel familiaal bedrijf in regio Hooglede zijn we op zoek naar een AP Accountant.

Jobomschrijving

Als AP Accountant ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte verwerking en opvolging van de aankoopzijde van de boekhouding:

  • Inboeken en controleren van aankoop- en kostenfacturen
  • Opvolgen van leveranciersbetalingen
  • Beheren en actualiseren van leveranciersgegevens
  • Opvolgen van de leveranciersbalansen
  • Indienen van Intrastat-aangiften
  • Mee ondersteunen bij btw-voorbereidingen en periodieke afsluitingen
  • Opvolgen van digitale facturatiestromen en Peppol-processen
  • Beantwoorden van boekhoudkundige vragen van leveranciers
  • Verwerken, klasseren en archiveren van financiële documenten
  • Algemene administratieve ondersteuning binnen de financiële afdeling

Must haves

  • Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhouding en financiële administratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je bent praktisch ingesteld en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen.
  • Je functioneert goed binnen een team en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je kan je vinden in een familiale werkomgeving met een directe communicatiestijl.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen leveranciersboekhouding of accounts payable.
  • Kennis van Exact.
  • Ervaring met Peppol en digitale facturatie.
  • Kennis van Intrastat.
  • Ervaring binnen een handels- of distributieomgeving.
