Met 140 winkels in Vlaanderen (Standaard Boekhandel) en een 40-tal in Wallonië (Librairie Club) zijn we een van de meest dynamische retailers van het land. Onze 600 specialisten zetten sterk in op persoonlijk advies en klantenbegeleiding waarbij de kwaliteit van ons winkelnetwerk cruciaal is. Naast het winkelnetwerk hebben we ons logistiek center SBL in Temse, van waar uit we onze winkels en klanten in Vlaanderen, Brussel en Wallonië beleveren.

Bij Standaard Boekhandel delen we al jaren de liefde voor boeken en cultuur. Met een sterk winkelnetwerk en een groeiende online aanwezigheid streven we ernaar om iedereen in België te inspireren en te verbinden. Met het Finance team bouwen we aan een financieel gezonde, dynamische en performante groep waar ondernemerschap en teamspirit centraal staan.

Om onze dienstverlening verder te professionaliseren zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven AP Accountant die met een kritische blik mee onze processen en procedures op punt stelt.

Jobomschrijving

Als AP Accountant ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en efficiënte verwerking van leveranciersfacturen en bijhorende boekhoudkundige processen. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen Finance, onze winkels, leveranciers en andere interne stakeholders.

  • Je bent enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor een vlotte boekhoudkundige verwerking, samen met 2 collega’s AP:
  • Je verwerkt, controleert en boekt leveranciersfacturen.
  • Je legt provisies voor facturen en creditnota’s aan.
  • Je matcht facturen, ontvangsten en vooruitbetalingen.
  • Je volgt openstaande leveranciersrekeningen, rappels en aging-analyses op.
  • Je beheert vaste activa en correcte toewijzing van kosten.
  • Je ondersteunt audits en financiële rapporteringen.
  • Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt voor winkels en interne stakeholders.
  • Je maakt analyses en stelt rapporten op rond leverancierssaldo’s, betalingen en cashflow.
  • Je werkt actief mee aan procesoptimalisaties en automatiseringen binnen Purchase-to-Pay en waakt mee over de naleving van interne procedures en financiële richtlijnen.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 5 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring en hebt specifieke expertise binnen AP. Je bouwde een grondige kennis van boekhoudkundige processen op en hebt een goed inzicht in het purchase-to-payproces.
  • Je hebt ervaring met ERP- en boekhoudsoftware, bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics. Je werkt vlot met MS Office en beschikt over een sterke kennis van Excel.
  • Ervaring in automatiseren van processen is een grote plus.
  • Je analyseert informatie kritisch en werkt proactief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je communiceert helder en deelt actief kennis met collega’s.
