Jobomschrijving

Als AP Accountant ben je onder meer verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Het verwerken en controleren van inkomende facturen;
  • Het opvolgen van betalingen en openstaande leveranciersposten;
  • Het uitvoeren van maandelijkse reconciliaties;
  • Ondersteuning bij de voorbereiding van financiële rapportages;
  • Actieve bijdrage aan de optimalisatie van boekhoudkundige processen;
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers en interne stakeholders;
  • Assistentie bij interne en externe audits, inclusief het aanleveren van de vereiste documentatie.

Als AP Accountant herken je je in het volgende profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in boekhouding, financiën of een aanverwant domein;
  • Je hebt ervaring met of sterke affiniteit voor de propertysector;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent goed georganiseerd en neemt een oplossingsgerichte houding aan;
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhoudkundige software en MS Office;
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands uitstekend; kennis van andere talen is een pluspunt;
  • Je functioneert goed in teamverband en beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
