Voor verschillende organisaties zijn we op zoek naar Senior AP Accountants die hun expertise willen inzetten binnen projectmatige opdrachten en tijdelijke finance teams.

Je ervaring blijft daarbij je grootste troef: afhankelijk van het project word je ingezet waar jouw kennis en aanpak het meeste impact kunnen maken.

Jobomschrijving

Als Senior AP Accountant neem je ownership over het volledige accounts payable proces.

Je verantwoordelijkheden kunnen afhankelijk van de opdracht onder andere bestaan uit:

  • Beheer van het volledige AP-proces van factuur tot betaling.
  • Verwerking en opvolging van inkomende facturen.
  • Leveranciersboekhouding en opvolging van openstaande posten.
  • Reconciliaties en ondersteuning bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Contact met interne stakeholders en leveranciers.
  • Optimaliseren en stroomlijnen van bestaande AP-processen.
  • Ondersteunen bij implementaties, verbetertrajecten of tijdelijke versterking van finance teams.
  • Snel je weg vinden binnen een nieuwe organisatie, ERP-systeem en manier van werken.

Via projectmatige opdrachten en detachering krijg je de kans om verschillende organisaties, sectoren en finance-omgevingen te leren kennen. De ene opdracht kan focussen op operationele AP, terwijl je bij een volgende opdracht betrokken wordt bij een procesoptimalisatie, ERP-migratie of tijdelijke versterking van een finance team.

Zo bouw je niet alleen verder aan je ervaring als accountant, maar ook aan je brede financiële expertise en professionele netwerk.

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen Accounts Payable, accounting of een gelijkaardige financiële functie.
  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een graduaats- of bachelordiploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Finance, Boekhouden of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels. Frans is een plus.
  • Je past je vlot aan aan nieuwe omgevingen en systemen.
  • Je communiceert gemakkelijk met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en ziet werk voordat iemand het moet aanwijzen.
  • Je staat open voor verschillende projecten en werkomgevingen.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen is een plus.
