Omschrijving

Als AP Accountant (Tijdelijk):

  • Verwerk je inkomende facturen en zorg je voor een correcte boeking ervan.
  • Beheer je betalingen aan leveranciers en volg je openstaande facturen op.
  • Ondersteun je bij de maandelijkse afsluitingsactiviteiten.
  • Controleer je de juistheid van financiële gegevens en documenten.
  • Communiceer je met leveranciers om vragen en discrepanties op te lossen.
  • Werk je samen met het finance team om processen te optimaliseren.
  • Zorg je voor de naleving van interne procedures en wettelijke verplichtingen.
  • Lever je administratieve ondersteuning aan het accounting team.

Als AP Accountant (Tijdelijk) heb je het volgende profiel:

  • Je hebt een diploma in boekhouding of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met boekhoudsoftware en MS Office, vooral Excel.
  • Je communiceert vlot en professioneel, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Je kan goed organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je bent flexibel en kan snel schakelen in een dynamische omgeving.
