We begeleiden starters en ervaren professionals naar hun volgende carrièrestap met persoonlijk advies, kansen op maat en een contract van onbepaalde duur vanaf dag één. Voor onze klant zoeken we een AP Accountant.

AP Accounant Regio Waasland - vast contract!

Voor een groeiende onderneming in de regio Vrasene zoeken we een AP Accountant die mee het verschil maakt binnen een hecht financieel team. Als AP Accountant werk je samen met ervaren collega’s en draag je bij aan een vlotte en correcte boekhoudkundige werking. Denk aan een goed geoliede machine: elke schakel telt, en jij bent daarin onmisbaar. Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar samenwerking, nauwkeurigheid en initiatief echt gewaardeerd worden.

Jobomschrijving

  • Als AP Accountant sta je in voor de verwerking en controle van inkomende facturen voor goederen, diensten en transport.
  • De rol van AP Accountant omvat ook het opvolgen van openstaande leveranciers- en klantenrekeningen.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert leveranciersgegevens in het systeem.
  • Je behandelt vragen via de centrale finance mailbox en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers en interne afdelingen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de voorbereiding van betalingen en helpt mee bij de verwerking van bank- en kastransacties.
  • Voor deze functie zoeken we een AP Accountant met een bachelor in een financiële richting en minimum 5 jaar ervaring binnen accounting.
  • Een sterke AP Accountant werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en houdt steeds het overzicht.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
  • Vertrouwelijke informatie behandel je steeds professioneel en discreet.
  • Je neemt initiatief, denkt proactief mee en werkt graag zelfstandig.
  • Ervaring met Isabel, F&O of gelijkaardige systemen is een mooie troef.
