Voor een groeiende onderneming in projectontwikkeling in de regio Erembodegem zijn we op zoek naar een AP/AR boekhouder die de financiële administratie mee in goede banen leidt. De onderneming hecht veel belang aan een aangename teamsfeer, en biedt je een stabiele werkomgeving met ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een breed en afwisselend takenpakket.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je maakt facturen op en volgt deze nauwgezet op
  • Je bewaakt en beheert klantrekeningen: je houdt de veroudering in het oog, verstuurt herinneringen en berekent vertragingsrente
  • Je beantwoordt klantvragen over facturatie op een klantvriendelijke en accurate manier
  • Je verwerkt en legt leveranciersfacturen en creditnota's vast, met oog voor nauwkeurigheid en tijdige betaling
  • Je neemt contact op met leveranciers bij problemen en lost factuur- of betalingsverschillen op, zowel extern als met interne collega's
  • Je houdt de AP-gegevens nauwkeurig en volledig bij en zorgt voor een correcte archivering van documentatie
  • Je beheert de bankrekeningen en verwerkt bankafschriften
  • Je stelt de cashplanning op en volgt deze consequent op
  • Je ontwikkelt en bezorgt regelmatige rapporten over AP/AR-prestaties, inclusief verouderingsrapporten
  • Je assisteert bij de maand- en kwartaalafsluitingen en je stelt btw-aangiften op en stemt deze af
  • Je signaleert opportuniteiten voor procesverbetering en stelt nieuwe procedures en interne controles voor

Wat breng je mee?

  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma boekhouding, of gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd via ervaring
  • Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een functie gericht op crediteuren- en debiteurenbeheer
  • Je bent vaardig in Excel en andere Office-toepassingen
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van AR/AP-processen en -principes
  • Je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands; kennis van Engels en Frans is een pluspunt
  • Je kan boekhoudkundige documenten coderen, afstemmingscontroles op bankrekeningen uitvoeren, wettelijke fiscale en sociale aangiftes voorbereiden en facturen verwerken

Wat mag je verwachten?

Je komt terecht in een functie met een aantrekkelijk verloningspakket, tussen 2.500 en 4.200 euro bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Daarnaast krijg je:
