Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de praktische opvolging van klinische studies in de apotheek.
  • Je staat in voor de administratieve en farmaceutische opvolging en verwerking van MNP/EAP- en stalen-programma’s.
  • Je staat in nauw contact met studie-coördinatoren. Je zal hen bijstaan en informeren over de aflevering van medicatie.
  • Je werkt mee aan het opstellen van interne procedures voor elke klinische studie.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en bijwonen van monitoringsvisites van CRO en audits door de sponsor.
  • Je staat in voor de logistiek binnen het domein van de klinische studies: goederenontvangst, opvolging voorraad, voorbereiding voor aflevering van studiemedicatie, ontvangen en afhandelen van retours van medicatie of materiaal.
  • Je voert (steriele) bereidingen uit van studiemedicatie aan de hand van uitgewerkte protocollen
  • Je zorgt voor de administratieve opvolging: verwerken en afhandelen van documenten en formulieren, input in het computerprogramma van de klinische studies, genereren en verwerken van gegevens voor facturatie naar de sponsor.
  • Je maakt deel uit van de apotheek en rapporteert aan de apothekers die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de klinische studies.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je hebt een diploma als farmaceutisch technisch assistent.
  • Ervaring met met klinische studies is een meerwaarde.
  • Je hebt een certificaat GCP of bent bereid dit te behalen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je beschikt over administratieve vaardigheden en hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Excel en Word).
  • Je bent flexibel en werkt accuraat, stipt en ordelijk.
  • Je kan werk plannen en organiseren, hebt een sterke verantwoordelijkheidszin en bent een teamplayer.
  • Je bent een teamspeler.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk. Je werkt namelijk nauw samen met verpleegkundigen, artsen en collega’s.
