Jouw werkdagen als apothekersassistent dienstverlening zijn nooit hetzelfde en dat maakt het uitdagend, leuk en interessant! De functie Als apothekersassistent dienstverlening zijn jouw werkdagen afwisselend, dynamisch en uitdagend. Je hebt een belangrijke rol binnen het medicatieproces van opgenomen patiënten en werkt nauw samen met artsen, verpleegkundigen en collega's van de ziekenhuisapotheek. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Het voeren van medicatieverificatiegesprekken met patiënten op de preoperatieve polikliniek en bij klinische opnames; - Het beoordelen van medicatieopdrachten op interacties; - Het verzorgen van medicatiedistributie naar de verpleegafdelingen; - Het uitzetten van medicatie in deelwagens voor opgenomen patiënten; - Het onderhouden van contact met zorgprofessionals om de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de zorg continu te verbeteren. Vanaf volgend jaar lever je daarnaast een actieve bijdrage aan het ontslagproces van klinische patiënten en werk je nauw samen met de poliklinische apotheek. Ook draai je mee in weekend- en feestdagdiensten. Jouw team Je komt terecht in een collegiaal en betrokken team waar samenwerking en patiëntgerichte zorg centraal staan.
