In deze functie heb je een veelzijdig pallet aan verantwoordelijkheden: • Je ziet toe op de verwerking van recepten (aanname, controle, registratie en afhandeling). • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de medicatiebewaking en het afhandelen van signalen in nauw contact met zorgvragers, artsen en apothekers. • Je beheert de voorraad, bestellingen bij leveranciers en de afhandeling van recalls en VIM-meldingen. • Je rapporteert over de voortgang aan de (huis)artsen van de lokale gezondheidscentra. • Je legt verantwoording af voor het farmaceutisch handelen en de regionale begeleiding. • Je neemt zelfstandig besluiten over receptafhandeling, bestellingen en informatieverstrekking conform de Geneesmiddelenwet en de Opiumwet.
