Ben jij apothekersassistent en wil jij patiënten in de polikliniek helpen met jouw medicatiekennis? Solliciteer nu! Als apothekersassistent in de Poliklinische Apotheek van Amsterdam UMC, locatie VUmc, ben jij de belangrijke schakel tussen arts en patiënt. In de apotheek melden patiënten zich na hun ontslag uit het ziekenhuis of na een bezoek aan de polikliniek. Hierdoor verzamelt zich een diversiteit aan patiënten aan de balie en heb je grote variatie in je werkzaamheden: Jij levert medicatie aan de patiënt en zorgt voor een goede overdracht van het ziekenhuis naar de thuisapotheek van de patiënt; Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het controleren van doseringen en het uitvoeren van medicatiebewaking; Jij geeft de juiste voorlichting aan de patiënt; Je draagt zorg voor een actueel medicatieoverzicht en een kloppend medicatieprofiel in het dossier van de patiënt; Je levert ontslagmedicatie voor het gehele ziekenhuis; Naast balie werkzaamheden werk je ook één dag per week in onze backoffice waar je je kunt aansluiten bij bijvoorbeeld het belteam, logistiek, ontslag of aanschrijven. Je gaat werken met soms complexe receptuur, wat het een bijzondere werkplek maakt en zorgt voor verdieping in je vak. Als apothekersassistent in de Poliklinische Apotheek heb je veel verschillende (ontwikkel) mogelijkheden. Een afgeronde mbo-opleiding Apothekersassistent; Tenminste een paar jaar werkervaring in een apotheek; Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en redelijke beheersing van de Engelse taal; Bij voorkeur enige ervaring met het CGM apotheeksysteem (voorheen Mira); Rekenkundige vaardigheid; Verder durf jij verantwoordelijkheid te nemen, werk je zelfstandig en beschik je over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden. Je houdt van drukte, springt bij waar nodig en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende taken. Een jaarcontract met uitzicht op een vast contract. Inschaling in salarisschaal 7M: €3.171 tot €4.492 bruto bij een fulltime dienstverband

(afhankelijk van opleiding en ervaring). Daarnaast ontvang je 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering. Bereken hier jouw netto salaris. Vakantie-uren: 194,4 uur per jaar bij een fulltime dienstverband en de mogelijkheid om uren bij te sparen. 100% OV-vergoeding. Kom je lopend, fietsend of met de auto? Dan ontvang je een vergoeding van €0,21 per km (voor de auto geldt een maximum van 40 km enkele reis). Kom je op de fiets? Maak gebruik van onze goede fietsregeling. Pensioenopbouw bij het ABP, waarvan wij 70% van de premie betalen. Gratis en onbeperkt toegang tot scholingen van onder andere GoodHabitz in onze leeromgeving. Een actieve personeelsvereniging én _ong Amsterdam UMC vereniging, die beide leuke (sportieve) activiteiten en evenementen organiseren. Als apothekersassistent pas je goed bij ons als je je thuis voelt in een grote apotheek, waarin geen dag hetzelfde is. In de Poliklinische Apotheek locatie VUmc is dagelijks een team van 16 collega’s aanwezig. De apotheek is geopend van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 08:30 - 17:30 uur.
