Dan ben jij onze patiënt- en servicegerichte apothekersassistent die graag aan de slag wil in de poliklinische apotheek en dienstapotheek. Een omgeving waarin je de ruimte krijgt het verschil naar de patiënt te maken! Jij als apothekersassistent politheek en dienstapotheek Je bent een gedreven, nauwkeurige en servicegerichte apothekersassistent(e) die zich prettig voelt in een dynamische werkomgeving. Binnen onze poliklinische apotheek en dienstapotheek werk je afwisselend tijdens dagdiensten én buiten kantooruren, waaronder avonden, nachten, weekenden en feestdagen volgens het geldende rooster. Onze apotheek bevindt zich op het snijvlak van eerste- en tweedelijnszorg, wat zorgt voor een afwisselend takenpakket en geen dag die hetzelfde is. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit baliewerkzaamheden, het verwerken van (specialistische) recepten en het geven van deskundige voorlichting aan patiënten. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij het verzorgen van ontslagmedicatie en leveren wij een steeds grotere bijdrage aan specialistische farmaceutische zorg thuis. In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen, nieuwe kennis op te doen en een zichtbare bijdrage te leveren aan kwalitatieve en patiëntgerichte farmaceutische zorg. Jouw nieuwe werkplek Als apothekersassistent werk je in onze poliklinische apotheek en dienstapotheek, onderdeel van de afdeling Klinische Farmacie. Samen met ziekenhuisapothekers, apothekersassistenten en farmaceutisch medewerkers verzorg je hier de farmaceutische zorg voor patiënten binnen Laurentius.
