Für unsere PORTIS Appartements in Dienten am Hochkönig suchen wir eine zuverlässige

Persönlichkeit, die sich gemeinsam mit uns um unsere Appartementhäuser und unsere Gäste

kümmert.

Bei uns erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsplatz: Mal begrüßt du unsere Gäste, mal

kontrollierst du die Appartements nach der Reinigung, organisierst Wäsche und Bestellungen oder

kümmerst dich darum, dass in unseren Häusern alles funktioniert.

Deine Aufgaben

* Betreuung unserer Gäste vor Ort

* Check-in und Check-out

* Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Gäste während ihres Aufenthalts

* Organisation rund um Anreise, Aufenthalt und Abreise

* Kontrolle der Appartements nach der Reinigung durch unsere Reinigungsfirma

* Brotbestellungen bei Haubis aufgeben

* Wäschebestellungen bei Brolli organisieren

* Annahme und Kontrolle der gelieferten Wäsche auf Vollständigkeit

* Wäsche verräumen

* Regelmäßige Kontrolle unserer Appartementhäuser

* Koordination von Handwerkern und externen Dienstleistern

* Kleine Reparaturen und Hausmeisterarbeiten, wie z. B. Glühbirnen tauschen oder kleinere Mängel beheben

* Allgemeine organisatorische Aufgaben rund um unsere Appartementvermietung

Das bringst du mit

* Du arbeitest gerne selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich

* Du bist zuverlässig und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Dinge gleichzeitig anstehen

* Du gehst freundlich und offen auf unsere Gäste zu

* Du hast organisatorisches Geschick

* Du bist praktisch veranlagt und hast keine Scheu davor, kleinere Dinge selbst zu erledigen

* Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse und kannst dich auch auf Englisch mit unseren Gästen verständigen

*Erfahrung in Hotellerie, Tourismus, Rezeption oder Appartementvermietung ist von Vorteil -aber kein Muss

Das erwartet dich bei PORTIS

Bei uns bekommst du keinen klassischen Rezeptionsjob und auch keinen klassischen Hausmeisterjob.

Du übernimmst eine vielseitige Position rund um unsere Appartementvermietung und bist eine

wichtige Ansprechperson für unsere Gäste und unser Team.

Dich erwarten kurze Entscheidungswege, viel Eigenverantwortung und ein abwechslungsreicher

Arbeitsalltag mitten in Dienten am Hochkönig.

Deine Arbeitszeit

20 Stunden pro Woche

* Samstag ganztägig

*zusätzlich zwei Vormittage pro Woche

* genaue Einteilung der Vormittage nach Vereinbarung

Saison oder Ganzjahres - du entscheidest!

Die Stelle ist sowohl als Saisonstelle als auch als Ganzjahresstelle möglich. Gemeinsam finden wir das Modell, das zu dir und zu uns passt.

Dein Gehalt

€ 1.400 brutto pro Monat bei 20 Wochenstunden.

Je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
