Over de functie Opdrachtomschrijving: Binnen RijkswaterstaaT zijn 5 regionale verkeerscentrales en een landelijk verkeerscentrum die verbonden zijn met onder andere 5.500 portalen, 16.000 signaalgevers en 3.000 camera's. Hiermee is het verkeersmanagement van Rijkswaterstaat complex te noemen. Via het programma CHARM-ATMS ontwikkelen we een nieuw ICT-platform(Dynac) dat ons verkeersmanagement efficiënter, flexibeler en goedkoper maakt. Deze systeemverandering vraagt ook om een operationele verandering en extra inzet omdat ondertussen het reguliere werk doorgaat. Als Applicatie Manager ATMS draag jij actief bij aan deze ontwikkeling. Doordat Dynac een landelijk platform is, biedt het kansen om vanuit de verschillende locaties landelijk en meer uniform te werken. Hiervoor zijn de operationele processen geanalyseerd. Om vooruitlopend op de implementatie van Dynac meer uniform te kunnen werken, dienen bepaalde werkwijzes en instructies aangepast te worden. De inhoudelijke kennis die hiervoor nodig is, wordt vanuit de bestaande organisatie geleverd. Jouw taken als deel-projectleider bestaan uit het: het aanjagen, organiseren en begeleiden van deze inhoudelijke veranderingen en het leveren van afgesproken resultaten. Afstemming met de andere werkzaamheden op het gebied van (werk)processen binnen CHARM behoort ook tot jouw werkzaamheden. De zachte kant van de verandering voor medewerkers wordt vanuit andere CHARM-onderdelen begeleid. Je bent enthousiast, een aanpakker, positief kritisch en weet te verbinden met oog voor het afgesproken resultaat. Mede door jouw bijdrage lukt het de medewerkers in de verkeerscentrales de transitie tijdig door te voeren waardoor de verkeersmanagementprocessen nu en in de toekomst optimaal en uniform ondersteund en uitgevoerd worden. De implementatie van Dynac wordt, in een aantal stappen, per verkeerscentrale gedaan. Dit zou kunnen betekenen dat je incidenteel werkzaam bent in Velsen, Wolfheze, Rhoon of ...
