Applicatie Manager CRM - Op locatie, Hybride - - Eindhoven , Noord-Brabant , Nederland - IT Functieomschrijving Speyzer is de holding achter vijf groothandelsbedrijven actief in de brede non-foodsector: Edco, Edelman, SHI, Newco en Maxecom. Samen leveren zij ruim 57.000 producten aan uiteenlopende markten, van grote retailketens zoals supermarkten, tuincentra en bouwmarkten tot gespecialiseerde wederverkopers, tankstations en online platforms. Het assortiment bestaat uit zowel eigen merken als producten onder licentie van bekende A-merken. Binnen de Speyzer Groep staat de klant altijd centraal en wordt continu gewerkt aan het verder verbeteren van processen, systemen en dienstverlening. Voor het team Business Applications zijn wij op zoek naar een Applicatie Manager CRM. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Business Application Lead en speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere uitrol en doorontwikkeling van onder andere HubSpot binnen de verschillende bedrijven van de Speyzer Groep. Je komt terecht in een dynamische projectomgeving waarin nog veel gebouwd, geoptimaliseerd en geïmplementeerd wordt. Vereisten Wat ga je doen? Als Applicatie Manager CRM ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer, de ontwikkeling en de optimale inzet van het CRM-landschap. Je zorgt ervoor dat HubSpot aansluit op de behoeften van de business en ondersteunt de verdere professionalisering van sales- en marketingprocessen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Eigenaarschap van HubSpot, waaronder beheer, configuratie, releases en performance; - Vertalen van wensen en behoeften vanuit sales naar een passende CRM-inrichting voor de verschillende bedrijfsonderdelen; - Bewaken van datakwaliteit en het optimaal functioneren van koppelingen tussen CRM en aanverwante systemen, zoals marketing automation-, segmentatie- en campagnetools; - Adviseren van sales- en marketingteams over procesverbeteringen en efficiënt gebruik van CRM; - Coördineren van ext...
