Applicatie Specialist PinkRoccade Local Government PinkRoccade Local Government is op zoek naar een Applicatie Specialist - Fulltime - HBO Wat ga je doen? Je werkt in de tweede lijn: meldingen die om technische verdieping vragen, komen bij jou terecht. Niet alles los je zelf op, maar de regie ligt altijd bij jou. Intern weet je precies waar en hoe je de juiste expertise vindt en zorgt dat die in beweging komt. Concreet betekent dat je: - Technische meldingen van gemeenten doorgrondt en bepaalt waar het misgaat. - Incidenten naspeelt in de testomgeving en de logging (zoals Kibana) en software-processen induikt om de oorzaak te vinden. - De juiste mensen bij development betrekt waar nodig en de regie houdt tot het is opgelost. - Toewerkt naar het zelfstandig oplossen van kleinere bugs, zodat gemeenten sneller geholpen worden. - Gemeenten op de hoogte houdt over de voortgang, voornamelijk schriftelijk via ons ticketsysteem. - Actief bijdraagt aan procesverbetering en kennisdeling binnen het team. Wat vragen wij? Als Applicatie Specialist combineer je technische nieuwsgierigheid met een scherp analytisch vermogen. Je vindt het leuk om diep in één melding te duiken en legt verbanden die een ander over het hoofd ziet. Verder vragen we: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met een technische of analytische achtergrond. - Werkervaring in een vergelijkbare, technisch-analytische rol, bijvoorbeeld als tweedelijns support medewerker, Applicatie Specialist, Technisch Beheerder, Functioneel Beheerder of Tester. - Technische nieuwsgierigheid: Jij hebt oog voor wat er onder de motorkap gebeurt, en geen koudwatervrees voor een foutmelding, wat code of een script in SQL. Onze software ia gebouwd in Java en Blueriq. - Ervaring met AI, bijvoorbeeld met het automatiseren van processen of het inzetten van AI-agents.
