Applicatie Specialist Digitaal Archief Introductie (Unfortunately this client is looking for candidates fluent in Dutch) Ga jij aan de slag als Applicatie Specialist Digitaal Archief in Tilburg? Als Applicatie Specialist Digitaal Archief in Tilburg ondersteun je klanten bij het gebruik en beheer van software voor digitale archivering en informatiebeheer. Je analyseert complexere gebruikersvragen en incidenten, bewaakt de voortgang van oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat kennis over de applicatie goed wordt vastgelegd en gedeeld. Je werkt 32 tot 40 uur per week, kunt hybride werken en verdient afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring €3.000 tot €4.500 bruto per maand. In deze functie combineer je applicatiekennis met klantcontact en kennismanagement. Wanneer een klant tegen een probleem aanloopt, kijk je verder dan alleen de melding. Je onderzoekt wat er precies gebeurt, verzamelt de benodigde informatie en bepaalt welke vervolgstappen nodig zijn. Waar mogelijk los je vragen zelf op. Is er meer specialistische kennis nodig, dan zorg jij dat de juiste collega's worden betrokken en houd je regie op de voortgang. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je werk is het verder opbouwen van kennis rondom de applicatie. Je legt oplossingen en werkwijzen vast, zorgt dat informatie gemakkelijk terug te vinden is en helpt collega's en klanten om steeds zelfstandiger met de software te werken. Daarbij kijk je ook naar nieuwe mogelijkheden. AI en slimme kennisontsluiting kunnen bijvoorbeeld helpen om informatie sneller beschikbaar te maken en vragen efficiënter te beantwoorden. Je krijgt ruimte om hierover mee te denken en verbeteringen in gang te zetten.
