- Applicatiebeheerder Vanwege het vertrek van een collega zijn we binnen het ICT-team van Euroma op zoek naar een Applicatiebeheerder in Zwolle. Het IT-team bestaat uit 12 medewerkers en de werkzaamheden worden voornamelijk vanuit Zwolle uitgevoerd. De andere productielocaties zijn Nijkerk en Schijndel. Je komt te werken in een gezellig team met goede faciliteiten en je krijgt de ruimte om te innoveren samen met Euroma. De uitdaging De uitdaging als applicatiebeheerder bij Euroma ligt in het borgen van stabiele en uniforme applicaties over drie productielocaties met verschillende processen en belangen. Je balanceert continu tussen standaardisatie en lokale behoeften, terwijl productieprocessen nooit stil mogen vallen. Tegelijk werk je aan projecten en innovaties die systemen moeten verbeteren, zonder de continuïteit te verstoren. Integraties. Stakeholdermanagement speelt een grote rol, omdat prioriteiten per locatie verschillen en draagvlak essentieel is. De kernuitdaging is om beheer, vernieuwing en samenwerking zo te organiseren dat stabiliteit, efficiëntie en innovatie hand in hand gaan. Wat ga je doen? - Je vertaalt wensen vanuit de business naar wijzigingsvoorstellen naar de verschillende leveranciers; - Je doet (technische) beheer van diverse applicaties; - Je ondersteunt en biedt oplossingen bij verstoringen in de werking in de applicaties vanuit de tweede lijn; - Je adviseert de gebruikers ten aanzien van het gebruik van de diverse applicaties; - Je werkt mee aan het testproces; - Je (laat) aanpassingen binnen de applicaties uitvoeren; - Je leidt key-users en eindgebruikers op en stelt onderhoud documentatie op; - Je draait mee in een consignatiedienst.
